Dwight Zscheile is vice president of innovation and associate professor of congregational mission and leadership at Luther Seminary. Dwight’s experience growing up in a secular home in California has shaped his commitment to helping the church cultivate Christian community with new populations and generations in today’s changing world.
Ben McDonald Coltvet
Ben McDonald Coltvet is editor of Working Preacher and web content manager for Luther Seminary. He feels called to connect congregational leaders with the resources they need to follow God's call in their context. He joined the seminary staff in 2011 and is a graduate of Luther College and the University of Chicago Divinity School.
Michael Binder is co-lead pastor at Mill City Church in Northeast Minneapolis which he helped to found in 2008. Michael has a PhD from Luther Seminary, where he serves as adjunct faculty and a member of the Innovation Leadership Team. He consults with congregations and denominations in the U.S. and Canada. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and three kids.
Katie Langston is a digital communications strategist, marketing coach, and content developer. She currently works as associate director of internal communications at Luther Seminary, where she is in her final year of coursework for her M.Div. She grew up in a small town in Northern Utah and still isn’t sure she fits in anywhere large enough to have a Target.
