Here's What's Inside...

In this session, you’ll learn how hybrid ministry can be used as a tool for equipping rather than strictly gathering. Ryan will also help you create a framework that builds on collaboration, creates seamless experiences, and allows room for stewardship and generosity. You’ll even have an opportunity to assess your congregation’s readiness for hybrid ministry.

The second session builds on the work you began in the first. Now is the time to make concepts more concrete, especially in the areas of worship, church leadership, and faith formation. For worship, you’ll learn how to create an experience that extends beyond the physical space of your building, while leadership and faith formation will focus on the intentionality required to connect with your faith community.

It’s impossible to know if, or how well, a practice is working without stepping back to honestly evaluate what and how you’re doing. The third and final session is a chance to do just that. With Ryan’s guidance, you’ll review all aspects of the hybrid ministry framework. This will also be your chance to create an action guide to increase resilience and agility.

You'll Learn How to Shift Ministry Models

When you’ve had a framework that seemed to check all the boxes, it can be hard to imagine doing ministry any other way. Life, however, has a tendency to shake things up. The last few years are a clear example.

This course will help you harness the skills of agile leadership, stewardship, social entrepreneurism, and management – allowing you to be nimble enough to respond to a changing cultural landscape as you navigate even more change in the future.
