Maximize Your Transformation

Our experience shows that leaders who get the best results are those who don’t try to go it alone, but gather in cohorts to learn together with peers, guided by a trusted coach.

That’s what Faith+Lead Learning Communities are all about.

How Do Learning Communities Work?

Led by Faith+Lead’s trained coaches and instructors, you and a cohort of learners will develop skills, learn practices, and give and receive support from one another. Learning communities can be anywhere from six weeks to 18 months in duration.

Your cohort will gather regularly to build connections, define the challenges you’re facing, learn by doing, and reflect on what you’ve learned. Depending on the structure of your learning community, these gatherings might be online, in-person, or some combination.

Get coaching from our trained Faith+Lead coaches who know how to accompany disciples and leaders on their learning journeys.

Put theory to the test with experiments in your context, then reflect on the outcomes with your cohort.

Between retreats and coaching sessions, enter both the biblical text and expert material to discover new paradigms for ministry.

Feedback from Past Participants

What do faith+leaders who have experienced learning communities say?

I wish every leader I know could experience this. This is one of the fundamental things the church needs to flourish at this time.

This has given me a language for an alternative way to lead. I felt overwhelmed before, but now I feel excited.

Why Join a Faith+Lead Learning Community?

Theologically Sound

Operating within a framework of generous orthodoxy that is faithful and robust, our learning communities are rooted in Scripture and the treasures of the Christian tradition.

Practice-Oriented

All our communities employ three basic practices: listen, act, share to help you not only grasp the material intellectually, but to put it into practice personally and communally in your context.

Community-Driven

We believe that change happens best together. That’s why our learning communities use a cohort model—so that you can form deep and meaningful relationships with peers.
