This conference is designed for pastors, leaders, preaching lay leaders, and anyone looking to invigorate their delivery through practical skills developed in an encouraging, collegial environment. Top preachers offer a behind-the-scenes look at the whole sermon process, and invite you to this unique opportunity to tend the craft of your preaching among peers old and new. Master Classes Available

In addition to the general conference, participants can enrich their experience by signing up for a Master Class with a keynote speaker for an additional $50.
Lay Preachers can sign up for the Lay Preacher Master Class for no extra charge.

General admission is $245 and includes three worship services with sermon analyses by keynote speakers, various workshop sessions, and three lunches to nourish both body and soul, October 7–9. Optional Master Class session are also open for registration (see details below).


New Location

In 2019, the Craft of Preaching conference will be hosted at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 Snelling Ave. S, St. Paul, MN 55116. The site is ADA accessible, and there is parking available on-site.
