Learn How to Form and Engage Disciples in a Digital Culture

In community with 20 other leaders, you'll experience how to evolve and grow your digital ministry practices to respond to a world that already lives online. 

This learning community is hosted by Ryan Panzer, author of "Grace and Gigabytes: Being Church in a Tech-Shaped Culture". 

Through weekly seminar-style learning, coaching, and a practicum experience, leaders will develop and implement a meaningful and relevant project in their context.

How Does It Work?


Learning community participants commit to live, synchronous meetings via Zoom Mondays at 12 PM Central, from October 5th until approximately December 14th.

Sharing Our Learning: Intentional Reflections on Our Actions

  • Understanding the Digital Age

    Dive deeper into what digital culture is and how this unique culture intersects with ministry and mission with this first focus of the cohort. Live seminar sessions will be held over Zoom Mondays at 12 PM Central starting October 5.

  • Tactics of Digital Ministry

    Dig into the practical side of digital ministry with a focus on worship, marketing, and tools for online ministry. Live seminar sessions will be held over Zoom on Mondays at 12PM Central throughout November.

  • Project-based Practicum

    Ryan Panzer will provide hands-on training and coaching in project management best practices, guiding learners to select a project that resonates with their ministry communities. Throughout the practicum experience, weekly meet ups will help learners discover and share insights.

Ryan Panzer

Ryan Panzer (MA, Luther Seminary) is an author, instructional designer, and consultant who started his career working in digital marketing at Google. At Google, Ryan helped small businesses to craft a digital strategy using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube, and Google Ads.
