How it Works
Led by Faith+Lead's trained coaches, you and your cohort members will develop the faithful imagination to discover where God is calling next. When you join a cohort, you commit to a 9- to 18-month learning journey that includes:
Group video coaching
Guided experiments in your ministry context
Selected reading and study
Your cohort will gather two or three times during your program to build deep connections, define the primary challenges you're facing, learn by doing, and reflect on what you've learned (once it's safe to gather again, of course!).
Engage with your cohort and coaches to advance your learnings and share concerns, wonderings, challenges, and joys.
Put theory to the test with experiments in your context, then reflect on the outcomes with your cohort.
Between retreats and coaching sessions, enter both the biblical text and expert material to discover new paradigms for ministry.

Why Join a Faith+Lead Learning Community?
Operating within a framework of generous orthodoxy that is both faithful and robust, Faith+Lead Academy brings you learning experiences that are rooted in the theological treasures of the Christian tradition.
All our learning experiences employ three basic practices: listen, act, share to help you not only grasp the material intellectually, but put it into practice personally and communally with the Christian communities you lead.
We believe that change happens best together. That's why our learning experiences are delivered in the Faith+Lead Lab—a private social network where you can form meaningful relationships with colleagues and peers.
